Onetel will cover the entire Rajshahi division in different phases. Initially, Onetel will cover Bogra, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Pabna and Sirajgonj by September 2005 and the remaining 11 district-towns by the end of 2005. Onetel will bring all the rural people under their network coverage through covering all the Unions by December 2006.
